Group Therapy Programs

Learning, laughing and growing together

Small, fun groups where children and teens practise social, communication and everyday life skills with peers, guided by our clinicians.

Who it's for

Group programs suit children and teens who would benefit from practising skills in a real social setting, such as:

  • Making friends, turn-taking, sharing and joining in
  • Conversation and social communication skills
  • Following instructions and routines in a group, such as getting ready for school
  • Everyday life skills, like simple cooking, planning and working as a team

How it helps

Groups give young people a safe, supportive space to try new skills with peers. Activities are hands-on and fun, so children stay engaged while our clinicians coach, encourage and celebrate their efforts.
